BIJA (Basic insights to Journey Ahead) – is a 6-week basic course that is ideal for the new or older student needing a step-by-step approach to the fundamentals of basic yoga postures. Students will be encouraged to work within their limitations and explore their range of movement. Bija in Sanskrit means seed, and given proper nurturing, a strong tree emerges from this seed. Similarly, this basic course will give you a solid foundation from which to build your yoga practice.
Introduction to Ashtanga is a 6 week course designed to introduce the fundamentals of this vigorous yoga practice as taught by Shri Pattabhi Jois of Mysore. India |
